VoicuPass

Privacy policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

In short: the VoicuPass app collects nothing and cannot send anything, because it has no permission to use the internet. This website uses no cookies and no analytics. If you email us, we use your message only to answer you.

Who we are

This is the privacy policy of the VoicuPass app and of this website, both published by ROEM NOSIS SRL, Str. Tulgheșului 5A, 400388 Cluj-Napoca, Romania, CUI 33063978, Trade Register J2014001371126. For anything about your privacy, write to support@voicupass.com.

The app collects nothing

The app has no permission to use the internet, so it cannot send your data anywhere. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. We never receive your passwords or anything you store in the app.

If your phone shares diagnostics with Google, Google Play may show us crash reports: which part of the app failed, the phone model and the Android version. Google is responsible for that collection; the app adds none of your stored data to these reports.

Where your passwords are

On your phone, encrypted. Android's automatic backup and phone-to-phone transfer, if you use them, are made by Android itself, not by VoicuPass; they may copy the encrypted file, which on another phone opens only with your Emergency sheet. A safe copy you choose to save goes wherever you save it, still encrypted.

Who can open them

On your phone: your 6-digit code, or a fingerprint if you turn that on (any fingerprint saved on the phone at that moment, or secure face unlock; adding a new fingerprint later turns this off). On any phone: your Emergency sheet, together with your encrypted file. If you lose both your code and your Emergency sheet, nobody can open your passwords, including us.

Keeping and deleting your data

VoicuPass keeps your passwords only on your phone. To delete them, use Settings > Delete everything in the app, or uninstall it. If Android's backup was on, you can delete that backup in your Google account's backup settings. We hold no copy of your data and cannot delete what we do not have.

Other parts of your phone

A password you copy is marked private and the app tries to clear it after 30 seconds; some keyboards keep their own history of copied text. Printing the Emergency sheet uses your phone's printing service. The Emergency sheet saved as a PDF is not locked: print it, then delete the file, and never keep it in an online folder. A file you import from another app (CSV) is not protected; delete it after the import.
